The truth is the little one's playroom was chaos! But they loved it so much that was a small price to pay. And the fondue in that old cable car? Yes, it was like something from a dream.

This place wasn't exactly a bargain, but worth every cent.

The hotel is great and the food at the restaurant is excelent! Very good breakfast. Also, Pontresina is a great place to learn who to ski! Specially for kids!

we liked very much the atmosphere , we felt that the team was very attentionate and wanted (and succeeded) to please us . The meals were delicious , the guide was very good ... and so on

The room was clear and spatious , but the W.C. in the bathroom is not confortable...

Parking is a headache, with tight spaces and accessibility issues!!! The restaurant service is frustratingly inconsistent, leaving guests waiting far too long!!! Noise from outside can be distracting in the rooms!!!

The half board meals were exquisite, comparable to top fine dining. Consider trying the unique fondue in a cable car gondola for a fun twist.

The most perfect hotel in every way! The staff were warm and friendly, the room was spacious and beautifully clean with amazing mountain views. The spa and pool facilities were really good, and the food, especially the homemade pasta, was delicious. Can't wait to return!

This hotel fits my needs perfectly with Wi-Fi, a spa & wellness center, and friendly staff. I remember how they helped find my lost bracelet during my first stay. Enjoy exquisite dining options. I'll be back for a weekend!

I stayed for one night in a Standard Double/Twin Room. The room had a fine view of the mountains. It was spacious and spotlessly clean. The staff greeted me warmly upon arrival and maintained that friendly demeanor throughout my stay. The piano music in the lobby during afternoon tea created a lovely ambiance. The spa facilities impressed me with their cleanliness and relaxing atmosphere. Dinner at La Trattoria was delicious, and the homemade pasta stood out. I felt the service at breakfast could use some improvement. It was slower than expected, and the waitstaff seemed to be still finding their rhythm. The hotel provided a wonderful experience, but faster service during busy times would enhance future visits.
